Did you see the Grammy s this year? I wasn't very impressed by Lady Gaga's performance outfit. Everyone was very excited to see what she will be wearing and it was like what .... So here's some pictures and you can decide if you like it or not. She is an amazing artist but I think last year was better about the crazy costumes.

Today we are going to see one of the best shows of the year The Grammy Awards. There will be so many beautiful outfits and not so much. Tomorrow I'll have some photos from the most extravagant to best dressed. I guess Lady Gaga will not let anyone top her with crazy outfit. I can't imagine what she will be wearing this year. Zac Posen New York fashion week FALL 2011

This couple of days I will post some photos of the designers in Fashion Week that I loved.
It' this time of the year when everyone that loves fashion is very excited about New York fashion week. I would love to be able to go one day, I guess some of you too. I loved Z Spoke by Zac Posen, for some of that don't know this designer he is very famous for his red carpet dresses but the collection Z Spoke is more affordable and last season was sold in Target. Beautiful pieces and details, clothing that we can afford compare to the most designer collections.
I would love to hear what you think about some of the pieces or else.

Eminem and Rihanna

I loved their performance, we missed seeing Eminem this year but he has amazing songs and it's not very hard for him to be one of the best singers.

Lady Gaga doesn't leave without an award

Yes she got award for Best Dance Video trophy "Bad Romance." Lady Gaga then took the VMA for Best Collaboration with Beyoncé-assisted for "Telephone."

I actually liked her dress this time, but she is an artist and needt to surprise the people otherwise it's not interesting.

Are yo ready for the MTV music awards? I think that show will be big, if Lady Gaga is somewhere it's always interesting and good. And let's not forget the big stars like Beyonce, Usher, Justin Bieber, Rihanna, Eminem and many more. Later I'll post great and not so great outfits. And some of the winners.

Eyelashes for your car

Today I was watching TV and I saw one thing that made me pay attention. OK it wasn't scary or bad news, it was funny. If you are obsessed with fake eyelashes there are great news for you, know you can add them to your car. I never seen it on the streets but sooner or later this will happen because lot's of women were very excited about it. I'm not sure if I'll do that. I hope someone doesn't come up with the idea of making a sunglasses for the car, anyway the people don't pay attention to the road anymore, what about if there are sunglasses on the windshield.

Next Sunday is the big day for lot's of singer "MTV music Awards". I love it because the show is usually great. OK not every time but most of the times, and also I like seeing what outfit they are wearing.

Who will win this category?

Make it yourself Fabric flowers

I love this flowers and it's so easy to make them. I decided to show you in pictures how to do it yourself.

1. You need 2 pieces of fabric ( I prefer satin). The measurements can be different, I never cut the same pieces because I like different size. For the blue flower I cut 1 3 x 9 1/2 and 1 2 1/2 x 9 1/2 inches fabric.

2. Sew the right sides together, and after you are done turn each fabric inside out.

3. Now you need a needle and a tread, I got a white color only because it is easier for you to see what am I doing. Make it tight on the beginning and don't make a knot on the end becaus you will need to pull it in order to make the shape that we love.

On this photo you can see how it
looks after you pull the tread. After you do it secure it so it doesn't get loose. Repeat the same with the other fabric.



Now we have 2 flowers and they are so different, which is the best part.
4. You can sew them together or use a glue gun, your choice.
5. I prefer to glue something on the bottom because it looks better if you add a bobby pin or else it's easier to glue the element to the fabric and it's not a messy.

Emmys Red Carpet

Yesterday was the 62nd Annual Primetime Emmy Awards. Did you watch it? I did, and some of the dresses were amazing, but ton all of them. Here are some of my favorite and not so much. Let me know who was you favorite moment or dress.
Best dressed: Heidi Klum, Sofia Vegrara, Lea Michele, Nina Dobrev,Kelly Osbourne and many more. I'm not going to have enough space to fit it (joke).


And now some of not so well dressed by my opinion: Christina Hendricks, Kate Gosselin, Keri Russell, Holly Burrell, Lauren Graham, Rita Wilson, Stephanie Pratt, Lauren "Lo" Bosworth and some more but I guess that's good for now.

Crafty Life

Hey guys, are you a crafty person?

I love making things myself, because:
1. Saving money. I you go to the store and buy the same craft that actually you can make it will cost you way more.

2. Having fun and learning new techniques. I love challenging myself with different projects, and after I make it I feel that I accomplished something, OK sometime the result is not what I expected but at least I see how hard some people are working to make the this craft.

3. Making it as a present that will have more value, because it's made by you not a factory or else. I've noticed before when I'm giving a Gift Card or something from the store, whoever is receiving it it's say "thanks for coming" or else. When you give them something you made especially for them they are so impressed and showing it to everyone. So you make the decision.

4. You can do it with your family. This is one thing that can be done with your kids or husband or else and this is the time you can have fun and bond. Let me tell you I've seen how busy everyone's life is and it makes me sad that sometimes a small thing can make a big difference in our life.

I thing that's all positive and will be fun. Don't think that I can make everything. No but I would love to learn, I'm not good at drawing bit I want to be a fashion designer one day. Do you think that this will stop me, I don' t think so. Because as long as you have ideas you will achieve your goals.

Look under $55

Today I decided to challenge myself with look under $55. It was lots of fun, I would love to do this for a living, one day this will happen. Here are my suggestions. For the top I chose this beautiful Animal Top, love the print and the silk fabric. The good think is you can go on the bottom with jeans, skirt, leggings, etc. The color is great too because can go with almost every color bottom.














The bottom I decided to be a pencil skirt, simple black skirt will bring the attention to the top, which what I like.

She is one of my favorite celebrity. Jennifer Aniston with her style is always on the top of her game. Friday she went to the Daily Show wearing beautiful Dolce & Gabbana dress. There's no age for beautiful outfit. The sky is the limit.

'Mad Men' actress Hendricks takes on Etsy style

TV Hunter first found photos of Hendricks on Etsy June 25. Hendricks wore a knit scarf. A dress she sported during an episode of "Mad Men" is on sale in a charity auction on eBay along with furniture from the show's old sets. It's good that the celebrity's are finding the best handmade staff on Etsy.
